“Mr. Stevens has been extremely effective in helping us learn to use our QuickBooks accounting software correctly and to its full potential. He is very knowledgeable on the product and easily demonstrates proper accounting procedures while explaining the "why" behind it. He makes himself readily available by phone & remote to assist us with problems we sometimes encounter during the course of our business day.”

QuickBooks Pro Advisor Review

“Our non-profit agency recently switched our financial accounting software from Peachtree to QuickBooks Non-Profit for easier bookkeeping and reporting methods. Anytime one transfers financial data from one program to another, there is always the risk of changing or losing data. It was decided we needed a QuickBooks expert to help us make a successful transition and train our bookkeeper. Our board treasurer performed a search online and voila! We found John Stevens.

I set an appointment with John and he promptly came to our facility to work alongside our bookkeeper and board treasurer. It was one of the best decisions we have made to date! The transition went smoothly and our data was kept intact. Once the training was finished, our bookkeeper could contact John with questions; John could even work with her remotely to explain questions in a concrete way.

As an executive director of a non-profit, I know the value this kind of service provides. Our bookkeeper, treasurer, and I endorse John Stevens as a QuickBooks expert. He helped us tremendously and he can certainly assist your organization, small business, or corporation." ”
